It was an ok experience...
December 31, 2017This review is just when I live here from 2014-2016. It was an ok experience coming from a student apartment. Its in a suburb neighborhood. My experience here was honestly rough but I made it work. First and foremost the walls are very thin!!! Especially having children living above you SMH! It worked for me and my dog but having a one bedroom felt like a tiny cell. Sometimes parking is good and sometimes its bad especially if your use to parking near or in front of your building. No parking ...passes so its free parking. Beware there aren’t any playgrounds for kids so they would usually play in the streets within the neighborhood or play around the complex without parents noticing. I say this because some people fly through the neighborhood and aren’t aware. The rental office is at another complex across town...If you wanna pay your rent thats where you go. Everything is out dated to the core (unless with rent rising I hope they use some to update). The neighborhood may not feel like its not the best but it was safe when I was there. Great complex for students, young adults, or retirees. I hope the review helps you! PROS: Close to the campus Close to shopping Quiet (In the right building) Rental ladies were very nice Low rent CONS: No utilities included Rude neighbors No room if your a couple for a one bedroom TRAFFIC -main roads just to get home are ridiculous PARKING!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
