Living At The Row
February 2, 2025The Row is a very nice and quiet apartment complex with some great aspects such as their pool and hammock areas as well as grills that can be used by anyone. Living at the Row
January 17, 2025Very affordable apartments, located in a quiet neighborhood, not a lot of crime nor violence taking place. Easy for a student to buckle down and get focused, not too many distractions. The apartment itself is very spacious , especially with having the two door garage on each unit, it definitely makes a difference during the hot and cold seasons! The staff is very responsive, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staffing and as well as the maintenance team every time I put in a ...maintenance request it’s done within 24 hours and I’ve been living here a few years. Honestly, I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Hopefully this review doesn’t jinx me lol.Property Manager Responded

I love living at The Row!
October 25, 2024I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year at The Row. The process was so effortless and seamless. They have very reasonable prices and have worked hard to update amenities and keep the property fun and new. The houses are very spacious and up to date! I love that the houses come furnished with all the furniture you could need. The staff at The Row is the best I have ever encountered. The leasing office staff, Zoey and Mati, are always available for any questions I have and are on top of responding ...to communications. They were happy to help out a friend of mine after hours who was locked out of his house. The staff comes up with fun resident events and giveaways every month to look forward to. The maintenance man Jalil is so helpful and is very quick about responding to maintenance calls and will always lend out a helping hand when he's around. I love the property here but the staff is what really makes this place seem like home to me.Property Manager Responded
