I would like to record my experience with this building. This year, the apartment where my daughter is living was rented to her and someone else at the same time, after she renewed her lease. The office emailed her that she would have to leave because the apartment had already been rented. I want to record the lack of professionalism and the misconduct of these people.
Please be very careful when renting an apartment in this place, they are not to be trusted.

This property has great units. Except you may have a window facing into the hallway which sucks. No amenities and hard to get parking, if you park for even 5 minutes in "future resident" parking to run groceries up, they will tow you. They also have decided to pressure wash during finals week and I can't hear myself think while taking an exam. Not sure why they wouldn't wait a week. The walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors upstairs stomp at all hours of the day and night, again frustrating ...
when trying to study. The maintenance team is great. Also, large units and great location. So overall, decent.
