Disrespectful and Unprofessional Manager and front desk office staff
July 1, 2025Manager and office staff are very disrespectful. They try to bully the tenants and belittle them. They enter tenants apartments in non-emergency situations without 24 hr notice. Burglaries on the property. Severe Water leaks on the property.Review from Apartments.com
Not worth the time, money, or imminent stress.
July 8, 2022Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time, energy, or money here, as they absolutely REFUSE to fix anything. The There is a sewage leak on the side of my building. It takes them an absurd amount of time to cut the grass (it’s gotten as tall as my knees at some points.) I haven’t been able to bathe in my apartment in over a month, because water doesn’t drain and just comes out from underneath my tub and toilet. My apartment floods every time you turn the tub on. My air conditioner leaks, and ...the build up of water on the hatch has caused considerable damage to said hatch, on top of pouring water into my floor. I have called maintenance time and time again, but they will absolutely not help me. They just stopped showing up. Rather than tearing down the building that burnt down last year, they just started rebuilding it. WORST EXPERIENCE RENTING OUT APARTMENT
June 7, 2022My upstairs apartment has been 90 degrees for about 4 days now it’s so hot I’ve spoke with the office several times and every single time there is a reason why I cannot have at least a a/c unit. The air is not working 90% of the time I’ve been living here and the roaches are ridiculous just have to constantly clean this by far has been the worst experience renting out a apartment and I wouldn’t wish these conditions on my worst enemy.Review from Apartments.com

July 28, 2015Hi, I live at the Hilltop village Apts in Sherman Tx. This is an apartment complex that offers Hud assistance and goes by a persons income. Its all bills paid, I'm in a one bedroom at the monent and its $470 a month. And two bedrooms are about $615. Yhey have 3bedrooms as well. The apartments are under new management and tries to take care of the apartments as far as grounds keeping and fixing repairs that are reported to the office. So far its the best Apartments in the area for the money.The ...Apartments are across the street from the Mall which make for quick shopping and near by fastfood resturants, and not to far from wal-mart and other shopping stores as well.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
