Everything is great here! No problems on my end. If I need something fixed, I put in a maintenance request and walk over to the office and if the parts are available, it usually gets handled that day.

The Social has been a safe environment for me and really close to school. This makes my ability to make classes times with large shifts in my schedule easy. I like being able to come back and forth between classes, lay out by the pool or just chill in my space. I have made some new friends.

Thus far, I've enjoyed living here. While my housemates get on my nerves when they don't keep the common areas clean, that's not the fault of the Social. I've enjoyed my time here.

I’ve had a solid experience living at this apartment complex. The location is convenient, the community feels safe, and the grounds are usually well-kept. Maintenance responds in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff is friendly when you need help. Parking is great, and my house has been quiet overall.I don’t have things that could be improved, but for the price and the area, it’s been a comfortable place to live.

The social is a hidden jackpot in the west Mobile region. Jennifer is an absolute gem and one of the best property managers. Jeremy is the head of maintenance and ensures the property is beautiful and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
