        The community here is great. Everyone in the leasing office is very kind. The manager John is amazing!! I really love the maintenance team. Anytime I need any type of maintenance request they are here within the next day. It’s quiet. I like that it’s gated and feels safe. The units are very spacious and I like that they offer different renovations. I’m obsessed that there is a full-size washer and dryer with the laundry room. All appliances are nice.         Since moving in, I have experienced several ongoing maintenance and billing issues that have not been resolved in a timely manner. My hot water was not working for two days, and my bathroom is currently leaking water and still has not been fixed. The washer and dryer in my unit are also not working. Additionally, my A/C unit has been making a very loud and concerning noise for the past two weeks without repair, which affects my comfort and quality of living. There are also billing concerns. My ...
        rent does not match the price I originally signed for, and I am being charged for a garage that I do not have. Overall, these issues have made my experience frustrating, and I would appreciate prompt attention and resolution to these concerns.

        I put my first work order in for my dryer on February 2nd. This is the fifth work order and it’s still not fixed. They “clean the filter” out every time, but the dryer itself is not hot. I’ve been spending so much time and money going to the laundry or having to purchase new clothes it’s ridiculous. Even though I there’s open and unused parking spot in front my building, I have to walk 4 buildings over because I guess math was not a requirement for this job.
