I'll keep this short. My family has lived at silver mesa apartments for 13 years,I have never been late or missed a monthly rent payment...but things are about to change...my wife who has worked at the state prison here in Arizona had to quit her job to attend collage for a nursing career that will begin september 1st, which means we are only going to be living on my disability monthly payment...which is not much. my wife will be going to school for two and a half years. and its going to be real ...

hard living on my disability here at silver mesa. we asked the owners if they can lower our rent and we thought they would considering you live here based on how much money you make...well they refused to lower our rent. and we can't afford to move and we have lived here for 13 years and we do not want to move,we love living here and our son grew up here . these are big apartments and we like it here. its right next to resturaunts, wal-mart and grocery stores and my sons school. Its in the perfect location for my family and we hate to part with it. The apartment we live at is in the perfect location to live.and we love it here.
