Horrible Management!!

The room its self is OK. Couches and chairs are completely destroyed and they only replaced the chairs after a year of me living here and said that they can do nothing about the couch which is an absolute eye sore. There were cockroaches all over my apartment when I moved in and had to get stuff to kill them myself. The management is not helpful and doesn't care about customer service in any way. They will TOW YOUR GUESTS even with a parking pass if they walk the wrong way and not care because ...
they get a cut of the towing fee. I couldn't get a response from the building manager for two weeks, after she said she would reach out to me, and all I received was a one line email after prompting her about her unresponsiveness. I will not be renewing and this place is not worth the monthly rent. You will be happier elsewhere.

I just moved here and already love it. There are loads of aminites including all utilities paid with No caps. They offer garage parking for a little bit more a month. The apartment is also an 8 minute walk to the center of campus and many other retail/food places. The units themselves are are great the only thing I would warn is the living is small but the large kitchen and bedroom make up for it. They are furnished and every room has a ceiling fan. I would reccommend this apartment complex to ...

I live at this apartment with my fiancée and this is by far the best apartment complex in the Bryan College Station area for students. The complex is across the street from campus, a short walk to the Northgate Bar District, and next door to Hurricane Harry's dance hall, so there is rarely a need to drive anywhere. The apartment complex offers convenient garage parking for a small fee monthly, and comes with an incredible amount of amenities. Utilities are included in the rent with no cap, The ...
