so disappointed
January 22, 2025I was so excited when I moved in. apartment seemed to be in great conditions... until I lived there for 1 month. maintenance is horrible. they have come to my apartment to do work only to leave a terrible mess. still have a cut out in kitchen wall from them acting like they were fixing plumbing issues. nasty greasy hand prints all over kitchen wall that's been there still 2 months in. I have requested to contact corporate about black mold in wall and have been refused access to corporate by the ...office manager Javier. My tub was painted with wall paint and quickly washed away showing the disgusting stains that were painted over. since opening of wall in kitchen roaches has increased 200%. windows are extremely airy. Electric bill has risen to 250.00 because of poor insulation. Love the community tho.Property Manager Responded
