Manager's Attitude: Red Flag

I phoned in April, 2023 to speak with the former apt manager, with whom I had spoken with when she was the manager of the complex. She had since been promoted in the company's management. The current manager of the complex refused even to pass on a message! "No, you can't talk to her!" she said. I had been considering renting there, but the current manager's attitude abruptly ended my consideration. That person should not be allowed to interact with the public, given her rigidity and personal ...

The Terraces Apartments are inexpensive and in shady midtown Sacramento. We even have a Redwood tree in our mossy shady courtyard. Management is great - maintenance on top of things. I love it!
