Everything is just as expected! Super nice location with reasonable rent as well, and staff is very friendly! Room is very large as pictured, and clean upon move-in time.

We really like living at the Triangle! Location is great and having Farine in the building is a plus for lazy days. Great gym, great staff, haven’t had much problem.

The one thing that I would change is to allow the resident lounge to be reserved at Thanksgiving and Xmas. Without being able to count on it begin open and available, no one can really use it.

We’ve been at The Triangle for years, and the management has never disappointed. In July, a heavy glass cracked our bathroom sink. I sent the office some photos, expecting a huge hassle, but by the same day the manager had a replacement lined up, stock confirmed, and the team fitted it in under 40 minutes. No forms, no fuss. Without the lease, you might almost mistake it for a boutique hotel. Early this year, we experienced some noise from a neighbor and misdirected it a few times, ...
unintentionally, of course. Still, Chris tracked down the source within days. A few lingering echoes faded over time, but the team’s attention did not lapse. Rent downtown isn’t exactly modest, yet the careful oversight, convenience, and generally quiet atmosphere at The Triangle somehow feel just right.

We’ve really enjoyed living here! Management is attentive, neighbors civil, and the property well kept. The building’s quiet character allows one to forget the city for a while, stepping into a calmer, cozier retreat. The recently renovated amenities are otherwise excellent. Only the courtyard ping-pong table feels out of place. Taped off and gnawed, it stands as a forgotten monument to a legendary resident table-tennis champion.

Been living at The Triangle for five years and really love it! I enjoy the convenient walking distance to downtown Redmond, and one bus away to Seattle. With the newly-built metro stop, it's easier to go to Bellevue than ever.
