    This is definitely one of the nicest properties I’ve ever been on it’s super super pet friendly there’s is a sense of community here it’s a beautiful complex inside and out and management and maintenance are super sweet super knowledgeable very above and beyond, white glove service. Also love the after hours security I love the way that the gate works for other safety reasons. I would highly highly highly recommend moving here

  • Overall Disappointing Experience at The Vaughan

    Noise Levels: This is not a quiet place to live. I could hear conversations from the hallway and even the sidewalk (from the third floor), as well as loud thumping above and deep bass from below. Despite multiple complaints to management and being referred to an unhelpful third-party security team, the issue was never resolved. Parking Issues: Unless you pay extra for garage or covered parking, finding a decent spot is a daily struggle—especially after 6:30 PM. The lot design is confusing, ...
    visibility is poor, and there’s no security. My vehicle was frequently dinged, and one of the most convenient gates is exit-only for no apparent reason. Construction Quality: The build feels cheap. Several outlets and fixtures didn’t work properly from the beginning, even though I was likely the first tenant in my unit. Maintenance had to visit multiple times to get things up to standard. Frequent Disruptions: Fire alarms used to go off regularly to the point where residents stopped taking them seriously. Once that issue subsided, power outages became common. This disrupted my work and daily routine. Internet options are also limited to only AT&T. Final Thoughts: There are a few positives—rent is relatively competitive, the amenities are decent, the pool is nice, and it’s pet-friendly—but those benefits didn’t outweigh the ongoing frustrations. I often had to leave my apartment just to get peace and quiet, which made the rent feel unjustified. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable, peaceful, or well-managed living experience.

    I have enjoyed the location, promptness of repairs, and design of the apartment. I like the quiet I've had here so far. I enjoy sitting out on the balcony of a morning and at night when it is cool enough or warm enough.

    The Vaughan has been an incredible place to live at. I’ve been here 8 months and it’s been amazing. The staff is great. The maintenance team is great. They have little pop up events which is super cool. Overall just amazing. Definitely would recommend a friend to live here.

    The Vaughan is a great place to live. It is very affordable compared to many other apartments in the area. It has great amenities like their excellent workout room, pool area, & secure mail room. It is located in close vicinity to interstate 35, 183, & several toll roads.

    I am so glad I decided to move into The Vaughan! Christy and Sarah were very helpful setting everything up before I moved in. The layout was exactly what I needed, and the deal being offered when I moved in made the prorated rent affordable.   • Lots of potential but poor execution

    It’s hard not to have good things to say about the community it looks great. But unfortunately the apartment are built really cheap, the counter stain really easily, there a problem with flies and other bugs coming Into apartment and management will nickel and dime you for service request. It took them over 6 months to fix the water fountain in the dog park. The construction noise is not that great either would avoid if you work from home

    Complex interiors are nice, but noise level and non supportive floors makes for a very hostile situation since neighbors nor management take complaints serious. Rent is too expensive here to be uncomfortable in your own apartment.

    The Vaughan is a very unique, quality and quiet place to live. You get the luxury of having modern apartments, amenities, and appliances for a reasonable price. It’s perfect for someone who wants to live near downtown but does not want to deal with the traffic that comes with living downtown. Another plus is being in a central location that allows to go to the domain, downtown Austin and hiking spots within minutes.
