Disappointed
June 17, 2024I have been in 3 units and have dealt with mold in each unit. These apartments are spacious but overprice as the updated floor plans are done using cheap material and cheap contractors. I don’t recommend these apartments. The leasing staff fails to communicate updates with you, and enter your apartment without your permission. The trash compactor is always down, the pool is closed every other week and they turn the water off to the car wash on weekends. April 3, 2024I am giving a 5-star rating because, although nothing is perfect, the services I have received are great. The staff Melanie, Vanessa, and Adonis have been wonderful. They will take time to answer your concerns. Maintenance is on point. I have stayed in apartment complexes, where it can be a wait time to fix something. And they are friendly. The office offers activities such as paint and wine night, Movie night for families, etc. Playground for kids and a half-court basketball court. February 13, 2024Fantastic, been home for 8 years . I love it here, huge apartments, grounds are especially nice, close to everything. The staff is very helpful, with all sorts of help. Trash compactor Issues/ never works!
July 14, 2022Quiet neighborhood, large apartments but The trash is always visible. As soon as you enter the gate it's an eye sore. The premises is also riddled with water bugs, and the hallways are always dirty. The only thing they care about is the appearance of the office. We pay $35 for trash removal and 2 out of 5 days they don't even come.. Far from Luxury apartments.Property Manager Responded

May 28, 2021In my experience, the Veranda community is an enjoyable, clean and quite place but some neighbors enjoy unleashing their dogs in areas outside of the dog park such as backyards and playground. Some neighbors dogs are aggressive and constantly barking so if you are afraid of dogs and you have infant children or visitors please be careful.Property Manager Responded
