It is now 1:29 am August 14th and I have been sitting in an apartment with the patio window shattered. I've been waiting to hear from on call maintenance or management since 10pm..as well as HPD... Don't waste your hard earned money at the Victorian apartment complex...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RENTERS
