I just moved into the View on 10th Street this year. Not only is it a convenient walk from campus, but the apartment complex is super modern and updated. The kitchen is in top condition, the bedrooms are spacious, the hallways are clean, and the lobby is always filled with fun events or celebratory treats. All of the amenities are included, from a swimming pool to a work out facility. And all of them are well maintained and managed. But the best part of the View on 10th is by far the employees
...and managers. Everytime I walk into the lobby, they will greet me, ask me how my dog is, or simply ask how my day is. Not to mention, they are extremely helpful. The other day, I dropped my phone down the garbage chute. I was extremely embarrassed and couldn't stop apologizing, but they took a solid hour and a half out of their day to help me. They were digging in garage, calling for more help, and never once making me feel bad. And after we finally found it after nearly two hours, they took the time to bring it back to the lobby and wash it before returning it to me. I could not speak highly enough about them and how helpful, sincere, and welcoming the employees and management staff are. 10/10 would recommend the View.
