So far my experience has been great. Neighbors are pretty quiet. The apartment is super spacious. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and was handled as soon as the request was put in.

This place is great. Pool looks like it's ready for swimming. Dog poop in yard has been handled. Spring is blooming and this place is looking great.

Ive had a really beautiful experience here so far. I enjoy the trail every single day and when its cold out I enjoy the gym and the hot tub. I do wish maintenance would do a better job at keeping up with the property since there is trash every time I go outside and the pet waste bins are overflowing a lot of the time. Other than that, I am super happy here! (:

Wonderful, clean, quiet place to live. The trail is nice to walk with beautiful mountain views. The amenities are great especially the theater room, the hot tub is open year around and always very clean.The leasing agents and staff are very great people.

The village at legacy ridge is a good complex overall. The staff is friendly and helpful for the most part and the community is nice. It could use some upgrades, but it’s a nice place to live.

It's been great. Sun is always out shining in. Safe area for my Partner to walk and jog with our dog and a golf course right up the road. It has been great. Only negative so far is that the dog poo trash can occasionally piles up high but other than that it's great.

We have lived here for almost 2 yrs now. We have had no major complaint's at all. There always the occasional little thing, here in there but we still love living here. It is a great, family oriented community to raise a small family in. It is close to parks.golf courses, a library and has the perfect little amenities needed.
