Noise Noise Noise and No Night Security

The new owners don't care about the safety of their residents. They terminated the nightly security a few months ago (today 5/28/23). Since then there have been loud individuals having parties, screaming, and fighting in the main courtyard all night(4am now). The property has gone down hill, since the owner is pouring money into the look of the buildings instead of the safety of its residents.

I My daughter and I have lived at Warner V. for nearly 25 years and it has been a great experience for us. Never had to wait to long for repairs to be fixed, plus having security at night has been a blessing.

I moved in February 2021, and regret the time I have spent here. There is dog poop all over the grass, sidewalk, even hallways. Management doesn’t care. Coackroaches infest every building in the complex. People leave trash all over the place. When you call management, they do nothing about it. The pipes run brown water. The area is great, but spend your money elsewhere.
