June 22, 2025Recently changed name to Vittoria and changed from seniors only, to all ages. Pool is only open during office hours and closed on Sundays. And it’s usually dirtyProperty Manager Responded

Old Building - Rent Keeps Going Up and Up
April 19, 2023These buildings are over 20 years old and nothing fancy yet the rent keeps going up and up with no real improvements except for the vacant apartments. Some of the tenants are allowed to store junk in their patios even though the rule states that only certain items are allowed. Management cannot be relied upon for accurate information and does not follow up on tenant violations. Tenants need reasonable rent not parties or lists of food pantries and food banks.Property Manager Responded
