My wife and I have resided in The Wayne for the past 9 months and have found it to be a very comfortable place in which to reside. The Property Manager Nancy, is a very responsible, caring, and affable Property Manager! Nancy, insures that residents are protected during their residency and too, she manages the fact that the apt premises is clean, grounds are well maintained and she manages the property in a manner where there are absolutely no biases. For the most part residents follow the ...
rules and get along (that's a plus) so there are no unruly rude obstinate behavior among residents. Btw, such quality awareness (by Nancy) certainly reflect the Property Manager's ability to have the consciousness of being able to select quality residents for building a safe and amiable community. Maintenance (Chad), has been very responsive towards providing prompt services when required in an expeditious manner. Maintenance is friendly while also being willing to go the extra mile to provide high quality services! On behalf of my family, we consider The Wayne as a 5 star residence for tenants and we appreciate and are honored to being a part of The Wayne community!

Questionable property manager: Immediate move in only & limited parking space.

Nancy will give you 2 weeks max to move in. After I moved in, at least two different people above me and below my floor said that Nancy the property manager told them they got the last unit available. She would say she can only hold it for two weeks before she gives it to other people on the “waiting list”. Not just to me, but to almost everyone here. So if you’re looking for a future apartment, this isn’t the place. It’s immediate move in only.

everyone in apartments and they do not offer additional parking elsewhere. The fee garage parking is tight and many cars get scratched due to this. Most if not all parking spots get filled up by 7 pm daily. Hope your work schedule is flexible.

I appreciate your feedback. I am not sure to why I am addressed as a questionable property manager? That is a personal attack on my character & I am a person of integrity. There is a very high demand for apartments & it is industry standard to not hold a vacant no longer than 2 weeks. I am very honest about the parking and address it with each new applicant. It is 1 reserved stall per apartment, additional parking is outside on a 1st come 1st serve basis. I am very grateful for my residents that live here. We strive in keeping a nice clean building & enforcing the lease rules so everyone can have a peaceful living experience at The Wayne. Feel free to contact me directly if you have any other concerns.

Love the design and system here. Too bad the fire alarm keeps going off at 8 Tuesday mornings. Waking everyone up with no explanation email of why it’s repetitive. Neighbors upstairs are loud EVERY DAY ANY TIME OF THE DAY.
However everything is clean and feels safe. Would be better if there was a dog area/park. VERY PET FRIENDLY.

I will update when we move in but, The Wayne Apartments are so stunning. Everything is brand new, of high quality and the atmosphere is beautiful.
The property manager replied to my email inquiry in just about one day. She is very kind and helpful. During our time in her office, the phone rang constantly. This place will be full in no time.
I'm so excited to move in March 1!!
