Awful
February 2, 2021Pros: Parking was somewhat ample Close ish to everything I needed Cons: - As soon as I moved in I saw roaches. There are still few bouts of roaches til this day - 2 days after moving in the bath tub flooded with water from upstairs - there will be a lot of issues related to units upstairs (plumbing) or the adjacent units (roaches) - the toilet seat was literally broken so had to buy a new one - the AC was supposed to be fix supposedly a week after moving in. Didn’t have that until about a month ...and a half (I moved in during summer) - the management is literally offline on the weekends so they gave us this number for emergencies, but it’s to a call center so when I had a drainage emergency over the weekend, not only did I not have anyone to contact, but the call center which I called multiple (8 times) did not “have any recollection” of the calls I made. The floor was flooded for the entire weekend - their maintenance line is literally a call to a call center, not the maintenance team. - Heat and Hot water will be sporadically available. The fun is not knowing when your water will be freezing cold. - paper thin walls and ceiling, you will hear everything - paper thin walls made worse by noisy neighbors with kids (oh yes there are a lot of kids here) who are either constantly stomping on the floor, running up and down the stairs, or hitting the doors/mailboxes - oh yes, the very loud fights too! - if you live on the unit closest to Monaco the street, chances of you waking up to loud traffic noises is very high - the hallways smell awful - (because of the kids) there are trash almost everywhere - you’re also likely to run into dog poop. It’s kinda like living on a dog park actually - the water from “the drain” leaks directly onto my balcony/patio area and when I asked the manger if they can do something about it and the basic answer was a ‘no’ It’s an awful, smelly, decrepit little place. It’s “cheap” but honestly you get what you paid for. The staff (of which there are 2 I think) is nice, and I sometimes feel for them having to take care of/manage a run-down storage unit on a dog park, but then I remember that I’m paying to live here; it just makes me more angry at myself for not researching the apartment beforehand. tl;dr Don’t waste your money here. Waste your money on an actual livable apartment complex.Property Manager Responded

Disgusting
July 24, 2019Mice and bed bug infested. If that isn’t enough to keep you away the rude staff and maintenance don’t fix anything they rather receive fees then cover up holes made by mice. Id go down to the laundry room and find homeless men sleeping inside the laundry room. I would urge you to stay away from this place. Sincerely an ex tenantReview from Apartments.com
You will regret living here.
January 8, 2019NO HEAT AND NO CABLE!!! No Working Heat OR Cable Connection to Comcast! And they are charging me for NOT HAVING HEAT! AND REFUSE TO FIX THE CABLE! I AM EXPECTED TO PAY COMCAST TO HAVE IT INSTALLED IN A PROPERTY I DON'T OWN! They want me to pay $200 because of - I am not kidding - "Multiple Calls of No Heat" - because it's my fault their apartment heat system doesn't work in NOVEMBER and their HVAC guys SAID IT WAS FIXED WHEN IT WASN'T! It's just getting colder and I'm to pay them for not ...providing a basic human need? . On top of that - NO COMCAST CONNECTION! Cockroaches, big ones. A maintenance crew WAY TOO THINLY SPREAD to actually fix anything, I still have NO HEAT AFTER THREE MONTHS. There is no Storage as there are constant break ins, same with laundry. None of the apartments are as nice as mine as they ran out of money, my neighbor had to wait three months to get his dishwasher.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
They are trying to do better
August 8, 2018Well at first I wanted to just give one star but seems like they have been putting an effort to making this place better they do have an on going bed bug problem but they have new management and maintenance so things are very slowly getting better. Tip if your looking for a quiet place don’t rent here there’s lots of families with kids and you’ll hear all the movement from above below and next doorReview from Apartments.com
