Great Location, Terrible Management

Location is great, best part of town. But the management company is completely unprofessional. My kitchen electrical outlets were not working for close to three weeks, I had extension cords running from my bathroom to my fridge. Management was dishonest about it being fixed. The unit was advertised as utilities included, not the case. Unit was dirty when I moved in. Upon moved out they charged cleaning/ painting fee's for very minimal normal wear and tear (I left the unit in great condition). ...

Overall fine place to live but don't expect much from management.

Vintage building with a designated parking spot, in the trendy NW 23rd neighborhood. Half a block to the streetcar and walking distance to the many shops and restaurants near-by. The building is old and maintained to be safe, but not updated or charming. The low price is reflective of this, so it's a stellar deal!
