We’ve partnered with Foxen to offer Rentistry, a rent reporting program that helps residents build credit through on-time rent payments. Additional Info: Security Deposit: $400 Application Fee: $60 per adult Setup Fee: $200/unit due at the time of move in Pet Policy: Pets allowed (maximum two).
