About The Willows Apartments

Completely renovated 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes in Sioux Falls, SD! These thoughtfully designed apartments offer a modern living experience in a convenient location close to school, Scheels, Sertoma Park, walking trails, shopping and entertainment. If you’re looking for a cozy place to call home, our renovated apartments are the perfect choice. Bring your furry companions along to enjoy our pet-friendly community. Pets are welcome (up to 2). A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 to $750 per pet is required, along with monthly pet rent of $20 to $60, depending on the results of the pet screening. We offer ample parking spaces for your convenience. For an additional monthly fee of $50, you can rent a garage for your vehicle. We offer controlled access and secure entry to the building. Forget about the hassle of laundry with our convenient on-site laundry facilities. For a simple monthly fee of $20 for a one-bedroom apartment and $30 for a two-bedroom apartment, you can enjoy the convenience of washing and drying your clothes whenever you need to. No need to worry about coins, cards, or anything else – just simply wash, dry, and repeat! Utility Fee for garbage, water, sewer, common electric and gas will be billed each month according to your unit size. Electric for the unit will need to be placed in your name. The current utility reimbursement fees are $40 for a 1 bedroom, $80 for a 2 bedroom per month.
