  • This place is Amazing!

    I have lived here for 8 years and I love it . This place offers beautiful woods, with private balconies. The grounds are well kept. The office staff is amazing. They are always helpful. The maintenance crew is great! I downsized from a house and this place feels like a home. I have a sense of comfort here. I feel safe, secure, and it is peaceful .

  • Great place to live and park at a reasonable rent.

    PROS: The maintenance people are quick and efficient, and the grounds are kept well; management is approachable and responsive; the facility is adequate and convenient. Utility bills are barely manageable. CONS: Old appliances, window installation WILL NOT save you any money on the heating and cooling bill, and there is an extra Gas Energy bill. Oh, yes the rent increases EVERY year, and they hamstring you with Professional Cleaner on moving out. 3 Stars and 3/4.
