Very good but could use a little work.
October 5, 2015Very good apartment complex, with lower cost housing for those who qualify. Very clean and quiet. You can sometimes hear a very minimal amount from your neighbors. There's a pool, and playground, small gym area. Each type of apartment is very, very spacious. There is a fire department right across the street, and plenty of sidewalks to be on. They're constructing a performance arts center right across the street which will be great when completed. My only complaint is that the builders were not ...very careful with finishing up their work. There are small paint splatters on the cabinets and tiles. Brand new apartment complex. Spacious apartments.
July 29, 2015So far my experiense has been great, since its also a brand new apartment complex which was just finished about 6 months ago, so you can still smell the fresh paint inside, The rooms are big, and so far maintenance service has been great. Office staff is very nice, downside about this complex they have a tiny pool the size of 2 Jacuzzi tubs combined, also a gym the size of a small bedroom. Rent is nice and cheap, and very complicated/hard to get accepted to live here, they check in detail all ...you're bank statements, even small 5$ cash deposits they make a huge deal about. So what you make at you're job needs to be accurate not a dollar more or less. And also have a clean record not even traffic tickets from 5 years ago or anything worst. I like that because it keeps a very clean community. And we also have a security truck that patrols during mid nights. Its in the community of Bramblenton but you never know.Property Manager Responded
