Maintenance staff is amazing and the amenities are nice. Concierge is the best, but really should have a 24 hour concierge with the price for rent and when looking at the comparable buildings in the area.

Living here has been an incredible experience! The staff is absolutely amazing always friendly and helpful. The property is spotless, with fantastic workout equipment and breathtaking views that make it worth every penny. Deciding to live at the Wray was such a great decision. It gives you that apartment feel while still being on GW campus and close to everything. Not only that but the amenities are top notch with a gorgeous clubroom, fitness room, and an efficient package delivery system.

The apartment overall is quite nice, and the service is excellent. The people here are very friendly, and I feel great about it. Every time I need assistance, the staff is quick to respond and always willing to help with a smile. The amenities are well-maintained, and the common areas, like the gym and lounge, are clean and comfortable.
