These apartments are horrible!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to even consider living here. The management sucks. They don't fix anything in a timely manner. The people at the office is rude. I've been living her almost 3 years and they need to improve from management to the workers. Please keep on searching.

Not enough parking spaces

The property manager & leasing personnel knows that they don’t have enough parking spaces & claim that they are working on it. Never seen any construction signs.... Meanwhile they have the urgency to have the tenants cars towed, due to parking illegally, but yet the property manager parks illegally every day but because they don’t live here it’s not mandatory to them

Maintenance will come and do repairs the same day. Maintenance team start early in the morning picking up paper and debris off the yards. No one bothers me. I work and mind my business and most tenants do the same. Armed guards will make sure ladies get in the house and patrol the area. More working young adults and students are moving here. There are security doors and security screens. It's a good starter apartment.All my appliances were new and clean.

Roaches

I will say from what I could see the inside looks nice BUT they gave us keys to go tour two of their open units... as soon as I opened the door to the first one roaches started FALLING DOWN and crawling out the door and it had a bad odor. The second one we went in dead roaches were just laying around, me personally I’m terrified of bugs so that was a deal breaker for me.
