I've lived here for years and I can't wait to move. Management only cares about you until you're a resident...specially a resident with an actual concern or issue. They ONLY care about selling homes. Also if you're elderly, I would choose an apartment or townhouse because this place WILL trap your car in your driveway when they plow every single time. Also, there's hundreds of cats roaming the park wrecking havoc on houses and flower beds. So that will cost you money and time. Trust me on that ...

one. They got under my house and tore up a bunch of insulation. They also tear apart my flowers and poo everywhere. I can't stand this place because they do nothing to fix issues. They just add a basketball court and a tiny section they call a "dog park" and think that's worth raising our rent multiple times a year. I would not recommend

I moved in just over a year ago. About the same time as the new management took over. There was a lot of concern about this since the company's reputation was not great. Well, turns out that they are treating us just fine and making lot's of needed improvements. I have not heard one siren since I moved in. Neighbors are quiet and great people. Lot's of retired because this is such a great solution to affordable housing. When I sold my home in town I wanted to find a place that I loved, that was ...

up to date and that I could afford on social security alone. Not possible with anything else. I purchased, completely remodeled and I now have a beautiful, forever home that I will never, not be able to afford. I can use my savings for travel and grandkids.
