Property Already Showings Signs of Neglect- Not Maintained Well

This property is only about six months removed from construction completion, yet it's already showing significant signs of neglect.
1. There is an ongoing pest problem. I've repeatedly seen roaches in the mailroom and throughout the hallways of Building 2. Part of the problem appears to be that the main glass entry door to Building 2 has been damaged for an extended period of time, allowing bugs to enter the building more easily.

elevators are frequently dirty and do not appear to be cleaned regularly.
3. Building 2 has a persistent sewage odor that is especially noticeable on the 4th floor. Residents have been reporting this issue since at least March, yet as of June, the problem still has not been resolved. Each time it is reported, the leasing office acts unaware of the issue, claims it has already been addressed, and says maintenance will be notified. Despite these assurances, the smell remains.
For a property this new, these issues are unacceptable. A newly constructed apartment community should not already be dealing with pest issues, damaged entry doors, dirty common areas, and unresolved sewage odors. I am counting down the days until my lease ends so I can move elsewhere.
If you're considering living here, I would strongly recommend looking at other options. At the very least, avoid Building 2.
