Great Apartment/ Great Management
December 6, 2017I recently moved to the property about 2 months ago. So far I have enjoyed living at Thrive apartments. The women in the office are always friendly and helpful. The property and neighborhood is kept very clean all the time. The maintenance team has responded to all of my needs in a very timely matter. I have really enjoyed living in the newly remodeled apartments. Great space for the price. Also,I like the various activities they have had during the holidays in order to bring the community ...together. I look forward to making this place my new home.Property Manager Responded

pretty spacious for the price
September 18, 2015So far we have been at this location for about 6 months and I must say that the amount of space you get compared to the price is pretty decent. The neighborhood is not rowdy and the people in the neighborhood are nice. the only downside is that they need to repair the streets outside in the parking lot and the kids playground needs a bit of an upgrade. Other than that it's a great area to live in. I would recommend living at Deep Creek Crossing Apartments.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2015The apartments are about average. The office manager has always been kind and courteous and attentive. The current website and brochures advertise "perks like access to complimentary personal training and message therapy", when asked, the office staff knows nothing of this. It also shows eat in kitchens, but unless the kitchen table is a table only for 2 sitting, then it really won't fit most kitchen tables. Another thing that the office staff has tried to pull over the tenant's eyes. In my ...lease, as with others prior to May 2015, the office was supposed to be charging tenants for submetering water based upon their "actual usage". Finding out, they lack the proper equipment, and have been charging based upon various methods including a hot water ratio that can cost as much as $100 or more per month. They pushed, without a new signed agreement charging per tenant ratio. Still charging $65-$100 per month. No resolution despite violation to lease and VA law. So, no. I do not recommend this place to others. Spend the extra $100 and go elsewhere. It will be much better value for your buck.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
