I have lived at Thurber Terrace for over 5 years and have to say the current manager, Melissa, has turned this complex around for the better. Perspective residents are intensely screened to insure the integrity of our community. Concerns and repairs are addressed as soon as possible. The camera incentive is a welcomed security measure Melissa pushed for and everyone is encouraged to participate. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly and a great place to cool off from the Tucson heat.

I am not a felon and I pay rent on time. I’ve been here since December 2017. I have seen used condoms outside, kids go around scratching profanities on cars, maintenance is pleasant but the work done is iffy. Also she may or may not choose to open the door for you. I’ve been without air conditioning for 3 days. The inside temperature has been in the upper 80s inside the apartment. I was told my air conditioning would be looked at the first day of my complaint, yet nobody has done anything. ...
Property manager said someone should be there today (3rd day now) but that I could ask maintenance for a window unit which would leave my window partially open! I guess I could tape up a cardboard box to cover the rest of the window but where’s the security in that? A single woman needing to sleep safely with a small child! I guess I should’ve expected this crap. Also, unless you think living with roach infestation is amusing, run run run! I have bombed like crazy, and I also use expensive sprays. It doesn’t matter how clean you are, this is just a roach motel .. period!

You do not want to EVER move here. It is infested with roaches and the maintenance is horrible. They dont want to fix anything.
