I relocated to spring in September 2020. The office staff made a long-distance move very easy. My experience living at Timber Run has made me happy to call it home. The maintenance man is always on site early every morning keeping the property nice and clean. It’s not many places you can move that has great office staff and great maintenance. The Apartments is not under new management. They seems to have a nasty attitude. I came in letting them know both of my toilets are not working , they proceeded to tell me that’s it’s not an emergency and waved me off . I will be looking for a new apartment to move into when my lease is up. This is ridiculous.

I toured this property 2months ago. As soon as I walked in to the leasing office I was greeted by one of the staff members. The agent that I spoke with was very professional very informative and you could tell she liked her job & was happy. This property was very NICEEE & Clean. Moved in 2 months ago. Very clean nice apartment. Great staff. I go out of town for work a lot and if I know a package might be delivered while I am gone, I can let them know and they will grab and hold at the office for me so it doesn't sit by my door all week. Very helpful! Also a very quiet complex. I havent had any issues since moving in and looking forward to the future!

My family and I have lived here for going on 3 years now. We are very happy with the way it is run. Yes they have inspections to check the fire safety and over all care of the place. Along with that they offer pest control every week but recommend once a month. The office staff, management and maintenance are excellent and pride on their reputation. If you have a leak they are on it that day.. of it is minor it is dealt with that day or the next.. they also let you know when they can/will come ...
