Management does not care to fix anything, Parking at this apartment complex is a joke and their is only parking for about 10 cars while their is over 40 apartments so do not plan on ever having available parking. Mold, cockroaches, racoons run rampant in the complex after multiple maintenance request (months worth). Was told when moving in that gates and a laundry area would be fixed and installed and none of that has happened almost a year later. If you know what is good for you spend the ...
extra 200$ at any other apartment complex. For a Company that claims to own multiple properties they sure treat tenants like a joke!!

Management has no customer service...
No AC for 2 weeks in July.. They could care less about my roach infestation.. they treated me like I was dume.

These appartments are the worst place to move in and housing authority should have never approved this place the base board are not all there the bathroom has ants and also the paint is cracking from the walls. The carpet was not shamppied when i mived in dog hair was every were and coacroches were here when i moved in also
