April 2, 2026DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is not worth the rent. My shower's hot water lasts 10 minutes even after asking them to increase the temp. The trap in the bathroom sink needed replacing on move-in. The dishwasher only works on the pots and pans setting and I had to thoroughly clean its drain when I moved in. Multiple outlets did not work when I moved in and they of the worst quality. The electric stove is old and unreliable. There is poor ventilation and they do not run the AC in the hallway, making ...the halls over 90F and stuffy in the summer. Various lighting in the halls and common areas flicker like a horror movie because they use the cheapest LED bulbs. They allowed a tweeker to live in someone's garage for 6 months before they finally did something about it and we had cars broken into the night before I moved out. Meanwhile they're charging top dollar. Then there's the management. These people are so petty that they charged me a carpet cleaning fee and $13 per vertical blind slat that broke during normal use. My apartment was spotless when I moved out and they refused to give my deposit back. They were also unreasonably rigid 3 months into my tenancy when there was an odd billing error "bank not supported" and still charged me a late fee even though I initiated payment on time.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
