Townelake has been home for me since 2019. The buildings might not be the newest in the market but management is above and beyond!! They always so efficient and fast to help with your needs. Always felt heard and welcomed here and my dog loves running in their big bark park!! Also There’s a pretty lake in the back with really nice sunsets and sunrises nice for walking and relaxing

I came in twice to view for a one bedroom. One time about 3 months ago and one today. I walked into the leasing office and asked to view a one bedroom and the lady at the second desk didn’t even look at me. You have these specials on this website but you don’t have anything to view? She said “no we don’t” without any eye contact. Didn’t offer a brochure. Didn’t say when she would possibly have anything. Just “no we don’t”. Rude and I would not lease here if that’s the greeting that I get

I wanted to take some time to write my TRUTHFUL and unbiased review over my two months living here. I guess the term, "you pay for what you get" is most appropriate for these apartments. At first glance and during the whole sign up process, the apartments seemed great. The unit we would be staying in would be a 1 bedroom, 1 bath lake view unit. The leasing process went by smooth and within a matter of minutes we were approved for our new little "home", but that's about everything that went by ...

smooth. Within a few days, our "newly renovated" apartment home's AC stopped working. It took us about 5 different times to get someone to come fix it. Shortly after our Heater went out and we started having issues with our shower and toilet... Still waiting on word from the office on when those will get fixed mind you it has been 2 months.... Aside from our maintenance issues, it took 3 weeks for us to receive an assigned parking spot that I WAS MORE THAN WILLING to pay for! I ended up reaching out to their corporate office to finally get an assigned parking spot. Even being inside the gates, safety is still a concern. I have found various beer cans and syringes with needles near my car and my apartment unit. A handful of my neighbors have shared with me that in order for them to feel safe they must carry their pistol. I pay way to much money for my time here to be less than pleasant. Yes, having a pond in the back is nice, but it seems as if all the other management and property issues overshadow that particular amenity. Speaking about amenities... Don't visit the gym, just purchase a gym membership. There are about 4 cardio machines in there, and only 2 seem to work decently. Haven't gone to the pool yet, I figured by the way the rest of the property was kept up with, the pool might not be the cleanest. WE NEED A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER ASAP!!!! Please take my advice and do not sign a lease here. I will be in contact with my attorney, as dealing with this place is way to stressful. Just wanted to find a decent place to call home. Renter Beware!

Not family friendly

Ok lets get to it since everyone else leaving reviews must have been friends of workers and workers in general. If you are looking for a family safe environment this is not the place as everynight at least 5 car alarms go off there have been a couple cases finding syringes and beer can found every morning In the parking lot. Other residents saying people have broken into the cars in the gates, and a elderly lady saying she's had to start carrying her pistol now. The newly remodeled apartments are ...

very cheaply remodeled more problems than I would like to type. On top of that first week the a/c fails the "(expert)" maintenance man says it's just the thermostat changes it, then it fails again no more than minutes later, then he explains that there has been a issue before with it. So why wasn't that fixed before we moved in. Then placed a order for heater, shower, toilet to be fixed and still hasn't been touched going on two months now. On top of the crazy price to stay here in the hood, you have to pay for parking if you don't you will end up on the street where me and my girlfriend were confronted by a crackhead coming in from the drive in movies late one night he proceeded to follow us until we called cops. That was only a week after my cadillac converter was stolen off off my van. I make the report to the front office. They then basically Begin to auction off parkings spots after I had been told a different price from each person working there including the lady who runs it all which was more expensive than all of her workers had givin. Remind you there was a good week in between each person telling me a different price and telling me they were going to do look spots for me. I ended up calling corparate to have then assign me parking. WE NEED A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER OR SOMETHING. NOW WERE STUCK IN A LEASE DONT BELIEVE ALL THE LIES THEY SAY TO HAVE YOU SIGN A LEASE.

There is a big lake and we have a nice view, but doensidodownside of that is big wasp and mosquitos coming to your balcony. Other thing is having the apt fully cleaned before you move in is a big problem with them!!

This apartment layout is nice, would love it if it were not carpet and if it was smooth walls but for now it seems nice. Had a few roaches here and there even though they did an extermination!! Idk where theyre coming from.
