Hidden Gem
November 9, 2021I have been a resident at Towne-Bridge Place Apartments for almost a year, I love living here. After touring several apartments in the nearby area I knew this is the one I wanted to call home. Peaceful and quiet small community, well kept grounds. Mostly working people coming and going there is never a day I felt "unsafe". I love the fact that maintenance goes above and beyond to meet your needs usually responding in a decent time. Property can use some updates as far as updating kitchen and ...bathroom cabinets, etc. Apartment was squeaky clean when I moved in! Nowhere is perfect. Quiet and Peaceful
September 28, 2019I have lived at the Townebridge Apartments now for a little over a year, and I have had very few issues throughout my time here. The office staff is very friendly. When I walk into the office, I know that I am going to be treated well. The maintenance staff works very quickly and efficiently to handle any problems that you may have. As an example, I recently put in a request about my A/C leaking, and within a few hours, they were there and fixed the problem. However, one of the main reasons why I ...decided to renew my lease is the reason why I decided to come to Townebridge in the first place. It is a very clean, quiet, and peaceful community. A Quiet Place

Great place for your family to live
September 3, 2019I have been a resident for a year here. I have no issues at all. The office staff is friendly and welcome you any time. They take care of all of your questions and take any maintenance issues seriously. It is a quiet place and I sleep well. It is very clean. The pool area is always kept up. The maintenance technicians are so good, I can’t believe they have such a quick response time. One time they just gave me an ac filter and it is not their responsibility to do it but I thought that was so ...considerate.Property Manager Responded
