I lived here for two and a half years. No place for dogs to be walked, cracked sidewalks, cracked curbs. Crappy plumbing throughout. Current HOA and board do not care for the owners or the property. Gates are always broken. Had a dangerous wall collapse under Gus fried chicken on to our property and still wasn’t fixed for over a full year. Sad excuse for a gym, all broken equipment. Good things: gated, worked most of the time. Pool was super nice. Location. Open parking was decent depending on ...
