It's big enough that we have a bookshelf, curio cabinet, big TV, sectional furniture, a recliner, kids storage bin and a pool table in the corner. The kitchen counter is built out so that we have more counter top to work with when preparing meals. Plenty of cabinets and a large closet for canned/boxed foods. The kitchen not only holds our table & chairs, but a small cabinet under the countertop & our kids' two bicycles (we don't have to bring them up & down from the basement all summer). Speaking of the basement, it is very clean, very big and serves as the children's play area, laundry facility & more than enough area to store things, including a huge area under the basement steps. There is a coat closet inside the front door and a utility closet in the kitchen. With both the back & front doors open, there's always a beautiful breeze on cool days. The grounds are kept immaculate & the property manager is always looking for ways to upgrade & update the entire area. Our neighbors are fantastic, always willing to help each other, share their garden vegetables, sit and chat outside and get together for occassional cookouts and games of boche ball. Close to major department & grocery stores. The park is a 3-block walk away. Freeway access is less than a mile away. Everything you could want inside & out.
