Dishonest Sharks!!!
June 23, 2017Terrible management, and a money hungry, unhelpful company. They scheduled our move-out inspection days early. I was told the only payments I'd be responsible for were the cleaning fee and for replacing the carpet (most apartments don't charge for this). I signed the document only to find out later that they placed more charges on it without my consent (THIS IS FRAUD). I've written emails and left voicemails regarding the issue with no response. This company does anything they can to charge you ...for random fees. Their pet fees are absolutely ridiculous. This is a dishonest company, with no integrity, and with a frequent turnover in staff. Great Space!
October 5, 2015I have lived in my townhouse for about a month and a half now, and I love the community! They are very responsive to service requests, offer valet trash/recycling service, and do a great job at keeping the community clean. Not a bad place to live, price is to high
July 28, 2015Not a bad place to live. The landscaping outside is beautiful. They take pets. Garbage disposal is included in rent. The down side of living here is the gym hours suck, they are the same as the office hours. And the repair man is a heavy-set old Russian guy, that is not good at fixing things. And the walls are paper thin, you can here everything. Other then those things its a good place to live , but for the price it should be a lot nicer. Almost 2,000 a month.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible don't live here
August 9, 2015This is the worst place to live. The complex is old and run down. I had to put up with cat urine smell In one of my bathrooms for 2 months before it was taken care of. The appliances are old and don't work properly. Nothing is fixed properly. Way over priced!!! My unit was filthy when I moved in. Do not live here!!!!!Review from Apartments.com
