August 5, 2015What I love most about living at The Tracks is the convenience of Shockoe Bottom. Restaurants and bars at your fingertips, Farmer's Market across the street, Capital Trail bike path along the river, and a quick walk to VCU hospital and the train station. The building itself is an old tobacco warehouse that has been beautifully renovated while maintaining its character. My apartment on the top floor has exposed brick walls, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and wood beam ceilings. ...There's a nearby gym and pool for renters to use, and Legend Property Group is great about answering any needs. The Tracks at Shockoe Bottom

Restaurants and bars at your fingertips, super close to the Farmers' Market, a quick walk to MCV and the train station. The building itself was a former tobacco warehouse that has been beautifully renovated. My apartment on the top floor has exposed brick walls, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a wood beam ceiling. Lots of character! The nearby pool and gym are simple but adequate, and Legend ...Property Group is always quick about addressing any needs you might have.
