I have been at tradtion for over four years and the management is very nice and always helpful meantenace is very quick to respond the apartments are beautiful and they keep adding new amenities I would recommend living here it's very nice community and my neighbors are all great

When you allow residents to be treated poorly, it is a direct reflection upon the company as a whole. For one to feel at home, you must feel valued and appreciated…. heard. That is no longer the sentiment for myself and many of my good neighbors. Strange that you had good admin staff and maintenance was an issue for years, and now the admin staff is off putting. Would be nice to see them working in tandem.

We have been here for a few months and absolutely love living here. We didn’t have management for a few months so it was a little different. Our new manager is amazing! He is very responsive, very nice and actual cares about the residents that live here. I saw a few reviews stating that management doesn’t care but we have not experienced that. Maintenance is amazing, very responsive and very nice. I highly recommend our property, it is a great location too. If you have an issue, tell management. ...
But also be realistic, this is apartment living. You can hear people above you and sometimes below. Have a realistic expectation and BE NICE to management and the front office.

The up keep of this property is at a all time low! Dog droppings everywhere, trash over filled and disgusting overflow in the street causing a huge mice infestation in the exterior and interior of the units!
