  • New Manager nay make it what living was 3 years ago.

    The location is not bad and the Apartments are spacious however with the last management it was getting run down now that may Improve. I moved out on the 29 of August and was told today that the Manager had entered my move out day as the 9 th and it will take "a few" more weeks to possibly receive my deposit. I just found out today that the day I moved out the Manager had been Terminated I will update on this when I find out how that works.

    I do not recommend renting from this property. You cannot walk anywhere without stepping into poop. Dogs will bark nonstop and nothing is done about it. Some apartments have old green carpet that is 50 years old and the washer and dryers do not work. I used to live here when they were nice. New owners are a joke.

    The management here is easy to work with and tries to resolve issues in a timely manner. It is nice to have a manager on site during the week, and they have an emergency line for after hours for sudden issues outside of business hours.

    I lived in Westmoreland Estates for a year and I was quite happy with my time there. My apartment was lovely and very sizable. It had a nice sized kitchen and bathroom. I never had any problems. Everyone I dealt with was always friendly and helpful. The one time I had to call for maintenance, they showed up quickly and the issue was taken care of. If not for my moving to Florida, I would have stayed.

    Apartments are old and dated on the inside. Very plain and dull and no laundry inside the units. Terrible customer service too. No leasing office on site.

      We appreciate the feedback! We do now have an office and manager on site Monday-Friday. The complex is under new ownership, and we are now working on adding newer amenities and updating the units with modern upgrades.
