The roaches are so bad. I’ve never had roaches before I move there. I ended up moving and having to pay out my lease just to get out of there. I had to throw away everything I couldn’t be sure roaches weren’t in. Their excuse about the poor extermination was “covid”. Sorry but I’m pretty sure pest control workers are still working. The entire buildings are infested, not just apartments. You will also not get your deposit back. Left my apartment in better condition than it was when I moved ...

in, then they give you the run around that they can’t find “proof” of your deposit even when you send them proof. Do not move here no matter how good the rent or move in specials are.

Roaches. Low water pressure, poor management, poor maintenance. They have a swimming pool but good luck getting into it. High utilities bills added. If I could give ZERO stars I would. It has taken 6 months for anyone to acknowledge my low water pressure only to be lied to in saying that a plumber was coming. All I can say is DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!!

Treasure Bay apartments are disgusting and I'll tell you why. First of all, it's infested of cockroaches. Second, when I moved in to the apartment I smelled weed, doors have been patched up, paint coming off the door looks like someone who used to live in the same apartment smoked inside, the fridge was leaking water, my toilet has stains on it, half of the stove work and the other side didn't, noise neighbors, small parking lot, double parking, and dogs left outside unsupervised, barking all ...

I have lived at Treasure Bay for over 5 years unfortunately, and I have had good and bad experiences. When the management switched for the millionth time is when it went downhill fast. The management allows young children to run around unsupervised cursing, screaming, climbing on dumpsters and cars, or act in ways that could result in serious injury or worse. concerned with trying to sneakily charge month to month fees, randomly shut off the water with no notice, and getting agitated and taking it out on tenants, but when there are genuine concerns, that doesn’t matter. The pool that is never open is more important than a lack of air. The pool that’s never open is more important than cockroaches I wouldn’t recommend this dump to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and just do not even consider living here. You’ll save yourself a lot of stress.

The Apartment was newly renovated, so a fresh coat a paint over all the old, new carpet though. The maintenance crew was very speedy when there were issues. The managers are friendly and listen to what your needs are. Parking started to become an issue as the complex began to fill up with the new construction in the area, but reasonable. Laundry Mat located in the complex and across the street.
