August 31, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comwe have palm trees and pool with hot tub in west Texas!! The staff keep the facilities as clean as they can. Costs match the oil environment so they are elevated to match the earnings of those employed in that industry. However, those of us in education work to manage the price market.
