These apartments are a great place to live. Very spacious and beautiful on the inside. The pool and fitness center are great. There is an awesome office staff. Christina, the Community Director, is really friendly and welcoming. Even Junior who is part of our maintenance team welcomes everyone with a smile and a wave.

Christina is the best, always professional and works with you to make it a pleasant to apply. The apartments have all the modern amenities such as high ceiling, wood floors, and all the stainless still appliances. Huge kitchen for those chefs out there. Best place in Odessa, Texas to rent by far.

Nice facilities but consistent maintenance needed

The property is new so the place looks good. The pool is out of commission for a while some people broke multiple glass bottles during a party. The weight room has the basics. Unfortunately, there is a tick infestation in the grass yards right now.

Loud Neighbors, Poor Management

The apartments are new and nice. The amenities are decent for what the rent costs. The neighbors are not great. DO NOT get a unit by the pool - there are parties all night with alcohol. DO NOT get a 1st or 2nd floor unit - you will hear every step your neighbors take. DO NOT expect the management staff to help with anything. They don't enforce their own rules. We have been here less than 3 months and are trying to find somewhere to leave to now.
