Nice facilities but consistent maintenance needed
May 2, 2023The property is new so the place looks good. The pool is out of commission for a while some people broke multiple glass bottles during a party. The weight room has the basics. Unfortunately, there is a tick infestation in the grass yards right now.Property Manager Responded

Loud Neighbors, Poor Management
October 25, 2022The apartments are new and nice. The amenities are decent for what the rent costs. The neighbors are not great. DO NOT get a unit by the pool - there are parties all night with alcohol. DO NOT get a 1st or 2nd floor unit - you will hear every step your neighbors take. DO NOT expect the management staff to help with anything. They don't enforce their own rules. We have been here less than 3 months and are trying to find somewhere to leave to now.Property Manager Responded
