Nice facilities but consistent maintenance needed

Loud Neighbors, Poor Management
October 25, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments are new and nice. The amenities are decent for what the rent costs. The neighbors are not great. DO NOT get a unit by the pool - there are parties all night with alcohol. DO NOT get a 1st or 2nd floor unit - you will hear every step your neighbors take. DO NOT expect the management staff to help with anything. They don't enforce their own rules. We have been here less than 3 months and are trying to find somewhere to leave to now.Property Manager Responded
