Beautiful community and area, but can nickel and dime you to death.
April 3, 2024Union Pointe is a beautiful residential community and the area is peaceful and pristine. I found the staff to be helpful and courteous. However, I rated this Residential Community only 3 Stars because I would never live there again. I find some of their non-rental "charges" to be a stretch. I felt that they nickel and dimed me to death. As only one example, when I moved out I was charged a $10 Move Out Fee, and was charged $35 for a toilet seat (which is typically considered normal wear ...and tear). And that was after I paid a Professional Cleaning Service to clean the apartment. It was spotless when I left.Property Manager Responded
