February 22, 2026Mi estadía es union square fue muy gratificante el apartamento muy cómodo y con grandes espacios excelente servicio con el mantenimiento del lugar, cualquier cosa q informara a la oficina lo atendían con brevedad me tuve que cambiar de estado y si me fue un poco complejo adaptarme a mi nuevo lugar , la visitas a la oficina eran agradables por la atención brindada el personal de servicio muy amables y te hablan en tu idioma , te aclaran cualquier inquietud y aún cuando me fui me ayudaron con ...dejar mi papelería en orden muchas gracias Cintya y Karen por su buen servicio con los inquilinos .Property Manager Responded

The worst place I have ever lived.
September 1, 2015The only good thing about this place was the views I had from my balcony and the layout was okay. These did not make up for the frustration of the office only being open for 2-3 hours twice a week. The water in our building was terrible. You could not turn on the water without it turning scorching hot to freezing cold in a flash.... only one parking spot is terrible! It may seem like it will be okay, but it is not! Especially if you work until late at night. Everything fell apart and was charged ...the same price as the newly renovated units were. Not to mention, there is only a pool for amenities. The washer and dryer (they will not help fix, they say it is not their responsibility and we have to call the number to get our money back and to have them fixed. At one point, there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer that worked in the whole complex. These apartments are not worth it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
