The worst place I have ever lived.

The only good thing about this place was the views I had from my balcony and the layout was okay. These did not make up for the frustration of the office only being open for 2-3 hours twice a week. The water in our building was terrible. You could not turn on the water without it turning scorching hot to freezing cold in a flash.... only one parking spot is terrible! It may seem like it will be okay, but it is not! Especially if you work until late at night. Everything fell apart and was charged ...
the same price as the newly renovated units were. Not to mention, there is only a pool for amenities. The washer and dryer (they will not help fix, they say it is not their responsibility and we have to call the number to get our money back and to have them fixed. At one point, there was only 1 washer and 1 dryer that worked in the whole complex. These apartments are not worth it!
