Falling apart

This complex is not in good shape. Everything from a broken window that has not been repaired in 2 months, a mailbox that fell over on the ground, rotting steps with bubbling paint, garbage piled up in the dumpster area, people drinking and fighting in the parking lot, the laundry room full of garbage, roaches, tenants that chopped up and burned a picnic table, you name it. You don't want to live here in my opinion.

Like little community

I love living at this complex. Been living in my apartment for almost 2 years. Came from a big complex and it's not the same. Some times there are tenants that bring people that look cause trouble. But management gets rid of them. The apartments are big and nice, especially for the price. My daughter lives 5 minutes away and pays $100 more a month at a big complex and my apartment is nicer. If you like a small community or keep to yourself you will like it at Newell crest. If you want to party ...
don't come here. We like it quiet. Lol.

Time to upgrade

I'm a college student and it's already hard for me being on my own....the management just went up on the rent just to put in new carpet and it's really not worth it...I been living here for 3 years and since i been here they haven't tred to inprove on anything. Nasty odors, stained carpet, ants in kitchen, cracks in ceiling and floor. When the pest people come they just leave a dab of the stuff in your apartment like thats really gonna keep them away....I'm just ready for somthing new and ...
