been here for less than a week and i’ve gotten everything i’ve needed now the internet is bad but i can make due because of the ethernet. I’ve been around the phases and have noticed the basketball courts and volleyball nets and it’s amazing although the washer and dryers cost money it’s only $1.50 which isn’t to bad. it’s a good place that’s for surr

There is bad maintenance of the buildings things that need to be fixed don’t get fixed properly. There is a lot of mold and dust throughout each unit. The vents are full of dust that sometimes when you turn on the heater the fire alarm goes off.

I am satisfied here. The hot water can be inconsistent at times, but looking past that, I have no pests, good neighbors and roommates, and I am not paying a whole lot, all things considered.

Every other day i got emails saying how there’s a broken pipe so no hot water, WiFi outage, or something else. Theres a gap in the front door so when people do the yard work, they blow grass and leaves and such in the door and into the living room. The first like month and a half, my shower was ice cold. Also random people will knock on your door and try to talk politics with you, or I’ve had Mormons talk to me like twice. Also half the washers and dryers don’t work.

living here has been horrible they’re bugs everywhere, my ac stopped working and they had to send 4 people just to fix it. every once and while my hot water stops working so i can’t take a shower and there is never any notice sent out that the hot water stopped working or if they’re gonna fix it. on top of that this place is unbelievable expensive for no reason. i would never recommend someone to live here

There are a lot of bugs and I had molding and it took maintenance awhile to come and fix it. I had to put in multiple tickets to get it fixed.

It is awesome to live so close to campus but the quality of the actual living space is very low compared to the price. It is extremely nice to have electricity and water included in the rent.
