October 1, 2025I really like the community here, maintenance is always quick and RAs are nice. Only main complaint is how the dumpster area can be messy and the dog waste bin behind building 3 and 4 is overflowing for a while now.Review from Apartments.com

September 24, 2025Convenient walk to campus, in-complex laundry room, and cool events! Second year living in apartments and really like it. If for any reason, there are any issues, the response by staff is very quick, and RA is also always on call.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2025The apartments are okay in general, at least in Phase One. The only issue is that the tub gets dirty quite easily since it wasn’t finished properly or given a gloss coat, so anything will stain it. The on-site laundromat isn’t great, but it’ll do.Review from Apartments.com
