May 1, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThere is bad maintenance of the buildings things that need to be fixed don’t get fixed properly. There is a lot of mold and dust throughout each unit. The vents are full of dust that sometimes when you turn on the heater the fire alarm goes off.Property Manager Responded

March 31, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comEvery other day i got emails saying how there’s a broken pipe so no hot water, WiFi outage, or something else. Theres a gap in the front door so when people do the yard work, they blow grass and leaves and such in the door and into the living room. The first like month and a half, my shower was ice cold. Also random people will knock on your door and try to talk politics with you, or I’ve had Mormons talk to me like twice. Also half the washers and dryers don’t work.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comliving here has been horrible they’re bugs everywhere, my ac stopped working and they had to send 4 people just to fix it. every once and while my hot water stops working so i can’t take a shower and there is never any notice sent out that the hot water stopped working or if they’re gonna fix it. on top of that this place is unbelievable expensive for no reason. i would never recommend someone to live hereProperty Manager Responded

When i placed a work order on it all they did was change the vent cover instead of actually doing anything about it.
