April 29, 2025I love it here! I already renewed my lease! The only thing I would say is we have had a few problems with our toilet and shower, but maintenance is so quick to fix it so it’s not a big issue!Property Manager Responded

April 22, 2025I really enjoy living here! There’s tons of ways to connect and I have a very peaceful space here so I can relax and also study. I love that I get a kitchen to meal prep and in my opinion the pay isn’t horrible it’s really nice for all the amenities we get.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2025I’ve had a solid experience living at these apartments. You really get what you pay for, and for the price, it’s been worth it. One of the biggest perks is that utilities are included in the rent and it makes budgeting so much easier. I also really appreciate the safety measures in place. Between the UTSA Police Department and the RAs patrolling daily it definitely feels like a secure environment. April 10, 2025It definitely wasn’t what I was expecting when I first arrived my freshman year. There needs to be a lot of upgrades that need to be done on the older units and if you get stuck in one there isn’t much to do.
