March 10, 2026living here has been horrible they’re bugs everywhere, my ac stopped working and they had to send 4 people just to fix it. every once and while my hot water stops working so i can’t take a shower and there is never any notice sent out that the hot water stopped working or if they’re gonna fix it. on top of that this place is unbelievable expensive for no reason. i would never recommend someone to live hereReview from Apartments.com

March 10, 2026It is awesome to live so close to campus but the quality of the actual living space is very low compared to the price. It is extremely nice to have electricity and water included in the rent.Property Manager Responded

March 9, 2026Do not recommend. Apartment had mold in my vents and in the bathroom as well. When i placed a work order on it all they did was change the vent cover instead of actually doing anything about it. Workers came to fix our toilet and never came back to finish the job.Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2026overall, a good place to live. Safe community, and good outreach to staff members. Obviously, the best perk is living on campus and guaranteed parking. The appliances, although old depending on what unit you get are reliable. A downside is student furniture. The furniture is cracked and ruined so I would recommend bringing couch covers and chair covers. Also one other downside is not being able to put the thermostat below 70. Not too big of an issue, but something to be aware of. Another ...downside is open Wi-Fi, however they do provide an to bring your own router. Unfortunately, the apartment is picky about what you have on the patio. They send out emails about taking down Christmas decorations and Halloween decorations. I understand it’s for keeping up the looks, but if I’m paying for the patio, I should be able to put what decoration I want out there.Property Manager Responded
