October 30, 2025I love UOaks, it’s a great peaceful place to live. Nothing fancy but it’s great here. I highly recommend it. It is on campus too so no driving needed to get to classes. That means not being late due to San Antonio traffic!Review from Apartments.com

October 22, 2025Exceedingly okay. Rent is way too high for what it is, apartments were dirty and missing furniture on move in, and stuff breaks all the time so maintenance is overwhelmed. Don't live here if you're not okay with roaches(traps, spray do nothing) On the other hand it's close to campus and is decent, staff and maintenance are nice, and its pretty safe.Property Manager Responded

October 22, 2025I’ve lived here for 3 years which is my whole college career and it wasn’t always the best place to live. Ive lived on the bottom the whole time and I hate the noise from the upstairs neighbors. The walls are super thin you can hear other people turning on the shower.Property Manager Responded

October 17, 2025So far my experience here has been pretty good. maintenance has came whenever I put in a request in a reasonable time. the neighbors around me have been pretty good, only had a slight probably with noise in the beginning but the problem resolved itself with time.
