Simply a great place to call home

This is a wonderful place to live! The staff are always willing to help with the needs of the tenants. The property manager is very accommodating and goes the extra mile to ensure that the tenants have a quiet, comfortable, safe and secure home. Should a maintenance issue arise, it is taken seriously and quickly resolved. I lived there for several months, and wouldn't hesitate a minute to live there again.

Nice SMALL Apartment Complex

I lived here for my first semester at college (around 7 months), and I have never had an issue. The property manager is very nice and very easy to talk to. The location is pretty much right across campus. Never had any issue with crime and never heard about anything being stolen. The only downside is the rooms are very small! You will share a living room and kitchen with two other people depending on which room style you choose. You do have a Mini Fridge/Freezer and Microwave, a sink, bathtub, ...

and toilet in your room. But the full size fridge and full kitchen is shared with two other tenets. I very much enjoyed my time here, and I never had any issues with other noise from the other tenets nor any problem with sharing the kitchen with them. You will have a outside entrance into your room as well; so, you do not always have to go through the living room to get to your room. This is a very nice and safe complex, and the property manager is very nice and prompt with getting patience done if you need it done!
