Worst decision ever
July 5, 2019My family and I needed to find something quick to move in. We chose Urban Oaks and it's one of the worst decision I ever made. Strange people are twisting on our apartment door making my kids feel uncomfortable, marijuana is used all day & every day coming through the vents, visitors are parking in the residents parking, people are still parking extremely close to our vehicle hitting my property, my husband was accuse of demanding the property manager Kim to let him know about a personal matter & ...she later came back to apologize, polices are here EVERY DAY, the yard men have no respect whatsoever for the residents cars, maintenance men are horrible, last but not least this 4th of July was a disaster! Kids were popping fireworks by cars and our trash was taken out the dumpster and whoever the jerks are put it outside where our apartment is and my name was on there...so because of that we were charged $25 for nothing. No calls or trying to see if we did anything...just charged us . There are different people in the office every other month. Thinking about breaking my lease and contacting the BBB. Do NOT move here!!Property Manager Responded
